In his role as an Internal Auditor for multiple organizations, Richard has led and participated in more than 100 audits, supporting companies through objective assessments, supplier evaluations, and certification preparation. Rich is an Exemplar Global Certified ISO9001:2015 Lead QMS Auditor.  With over 30 years of experience in ISO 9001 and AS9100, Richard brings deep, practical expertise to organizations across Aerospace & Defense, Systems and Software Development, IT Services, and Telecommunications.

Richard’s approach is grounded in decades of hands‑on work with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. He has supported organizations at every stage of their quality journey—from initial gap assessments to full certification. His experience includes leading internal audit programs, conducting supplier audits, supporting certification bodies through third‑party ISO 9001 audits, developing and optimizing quality management systems, and delivering ISO 9001/AS9100 awareness training and customized workshops.

As a solo consultant, Richard provides clients with direct access to a seasoned professional who delivers consistent communication, high‑quality work, and a practical, real‑world approach to quality management.
